A Tennessee death row inmate is set to be executed after governor denies him clemency

Death row inmate Oscar Smith, who was convicted of killing his estranged wife and her teenage sons in 1989, is set to be executed Thursday after Tennessee Governor Bill Lee (R) denied his request for clemency.
